We accept international returns for a refund. To start, please send us your order number and the items you'd like to return through our [contact form](https://support.rhone.com/contact/contact-us-SJhypqCHMe), and we'll reply with the return address.

You arrange and pay for return shipping, and Rhone stores can't accept an international return. Once you've shipped, please send us the tracking number so we can match your return to your order when it arrives.

## Return shipping and duties

You pay for return shipping, plus any taxes and duties charged on the return shipment. On a standard return, taxes, duties, shipping, and handling from your original order aren't refunded.

**If duties on the return shipment go unpaid, we can't accept the package**. Please pay them when you ship. Rhone isn't responsible for a return that's rejected for unpaid duties.

## If you're in the EU, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein

Within 14 days of delivery you can withdraw from your purchase for any reason. We refund everything you paid for the order, including tax, duties, and delivery, which a standard return doesn't. You still pay the return shipping.
