Transit times start the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Free standard shipping applies to subtotals of $125 or more, after any discounts and before taxes, and e-gift cards don't count toward it.

We aren't able to guarantee delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories. Delivery estimates are in business days, and we don't guarantee weekend delivery, so an order placed on Friday with Next Day shipping may not arrive until Monday.

## When your order ships

We pack and ship Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed before 1pm EST on a business day usually ship the same day. Anything placed after that, over a weekend, or on a holiday goes out the next business day. During sales and other busy periods, orders can take longer to ship.

We'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Please double-check your shipping address before you check out. Once an order is placed there's only a short window to change it.

## Orders with a custom inseam

Please allow an extra 5 to 7 business days for hemming. Your order ships in one shipment once the hemming is done, rather than arriving separately.

## Military addresses

Orders to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses can take up to 2 months. Military mail is handled by the military postal service for the last part of its journey, which adds considerable time.

## Third-party delivery services

Orders delivered to a service like Fetch, or to a freight forwarder, count as delivered once they reach that service. We aren't able to help with loss or damage after that point.
