Rhone will send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships from our warehouse that details the items from your order that are shipping and the tracking confirmation number which you can use to track your package's progress to you.
If you are unable to locate your shipment confirmation email and/or you have not yet received a shipment confirmation email, you can also check the status of your order or shipment by logging on to your Rhone.com account and scrolling down to “Order Status”, where you will find the most up to date information on your order's fulfillment.
