- International Orders: Sale prices are as marked on the website and the discount is reflected at checkout, no code is required
- Sale Prices cannot retroactively apply to an order
- Shipping carriers are expecting record volume this holiday season, and small parcel delays are expected. We encourage you to ensure that your items arrive in time.
- Due to carrier limitations, there may be days that the volume of orders shipping out may require additional shipping resources called in as quickly as possible. Our warehouses will work hard to keep this from happening, but please be aware that there may be an extended period to see updates to your tracking.
- If an order is not showing any tracking movement, we will be happy to research further to see what may have happened. These requests will take an extended period for research.

- We are not able to change items (color, size, qty, etc.) or hold orders once the email confirmation has been issued.
- It will be difficult for the warehouse team to catch an order that became “return to sender”. These orders will therefore be restocked and refunded within 72 hours upon receipt.
- Investigation/Accommodation requests regarding shipping damages or missing orders will take an extended time to complete research.
