Will my loyalty status or tier be determined based on what I’ve already spent with Rhone?
- Yes, customers with past purchases can be added to the appropriate VIP Tier based on their previous orders, however additional points will only start occurring with the launch of this new program structure.
What happens when I return items?
- If you return items, your status will adjust to reflect the return (so if you’re in Elite and a return brings your total spending below $400, you’ll revert to Member). Your account status can be accessed via your account center or logged in on our rewards page.
When do points expire?
- Points are valid for 24 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase.
What doesn’t count towards my Rhone Rewards status?
- Any gift cards or promotional discounts applied to an order total, sales tax, and shipping costs don’t count towards your rewards status.
How do I join Rhone Rewards?
- Go to rhone.com/pages/rewards and click on “Sign Up”. Then enter your email address, create a password, and check your email for a message from us to confirm your account. Once done, log in as usual, and get you’ll start accumulating points and free 2-day shipping immediately.
- Note: Already purchased with us? Activate your account using the same email address that you entered at checkout to add a point to your account for every $ you just spent.
How Can I Check My Rhone Rewards balance?
- To view your current points balance, simply select the “Rewards" hyperlink at the top of our homepage and sign in. Your points balance will populate under the ‘How to Reach Next Level Status’ heading of this page and can also be viewed in your account center.
How do I spend my points?
- Open your shopping cart via the shopping basket icon on the upper right-hand side of the page to view your points balance and all redemption options offered. Click the corresponding module to add that reward to your cart, then select "Checkout" when you're ready to complete your purchase. You can add as many rewards as your point balance permits.
I can’t log into my account
- Please reset your password by selecting the "Forgot Password" link on the Account sign-in page. We'll send an email to the address on file that will prompt you to reset your password, then sign in as usual! If you're still having issues, please contact us at Rhone Support.
My points aren’t showing up in my account (ie liking on social media)
- You must like/share/follow us via the modal on the Rhone Rewards page for points to automatically register in your account. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn't look right after this time, please contact our Customer Experience Team at Rhone Support and they can help!
Can I use my Rewards with other discount codes or to purchase sale items?
- Rhone Rewards discount credits do not apply to sale items. The discount credits cannot be stacked with other discount codes or used on bundle savings.

- How: Select the ‘Gift’ option in your account to see the product available to gift. From there, you can copy & paste the URL or send it via email to the recipient of your choice with a personal message. They will be able to select their size, color, etc., and checkout at no cost.

Can International customers earn Rhone Rewards?
- Yes! International customers can earn Rhone Rewards. At this time our international checkout system does not automatically apply your rewards. To redeem your rewards please reach out to Rhone Support and one of our customer experience agents will assist you.
- Please note international orders do not qualify for Free 2-Day shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
When will I receive my birthday rewards?
- Your birthday points will be added to your account on your birthday. All of the birthday rewards are sent out every day at 8 am EST.
- If you sign-up the day before your birthday this may not be enough processing time for our system. If you do not see your birthday points please reach out to us at Rhone Support.
When will I receive my referral credit?
- Once your friend makes a successful purchase you will be notified via email and the credit will be applied to your account.
I made a purchase from a 3rd party retailer, can I earn Rhone Rewards for that purchase?
- If you purchased through Amazon you can register your order here and earn Rhone Rewards for your purchase!
- Rhone Rewards cannot be earned on any other 3rd Party Purchases.
